Types of by-products

Soybean by-product

Soybean embryo, a by-product of soymilk processing, is selected for main ingredient of clinical demonstration project for nutritional supplements for the elderly and prepared for clinical trials.

Beer by-product

Currently, we are developing individually recognized ingredients for PMS using BSG and barley husk, and researching and developing new functional ingredients that prevent aging, reduce sarcopenia, and improve liver function using liquid yeast.

Coffee bean by-product

We mainly use silver skin and chaff generated after coffee roasting to research and develop new functional ingredients for skin inflammation relief, UV skin wrinkle prevention, antibacterial, and hair growth function.

Green-Bio industry

We also research and develop various new functional ingredients based on microorganisms in sustainable food fields for carbon reduction.

Plant-Based/Fermented Protein

We develop ingredients for developing new products with plant-based or fermented protein.

GABA Production and Functional MSG Metabolites

We research and develop the production of various physiologically active substances, such as GABA, during MSG fermentation.
